Merchandise which arrives damaged or wrongly sized can be exchanged or refunded as outlined in the policies below.

If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and get in contact immediately. Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. If you receive an item that is improperly sized, the item can be replaced under the following conditions:

• The original item can be exchanged for an item of the correct size.
• The recipient is responsible for any shipping fees to deliver the new item.
• Improperly sized items can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.
• An exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

Personalized + Custom Products: Due to the highly personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized, bespoke, or custom-made products for reasons other than damage. For these products, refunds can only be issued prior to any illustrative work being performed. A partial refund may be issued if illustrative work is performed but a final product has not been printed. Products which cannot be refunded will be clearly marked as such on the product’s page. If your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrectly sized, our standard exchange policies (above) apply.
